Return and
Exchanges
Our Company is proud to carry the most up-to-date, high quality
merchandise. To be able to uphold these high standards for our
customers, we provide the following return & exchange policy:
All sales are final 15 days from the original date of purchase. Store
register receipt or original order form is required.
Claims of shortages or damages must be made within 15 days of receipt of
merchandise. Requests for proof of delivery must be made within 30 days
of order date.
All canceled orders will be charged a $2.50 service charge.
Items must be in re-salable condition, packing intact. Any items
damaged, abuse or misuse, worn, or washed will not be approved for
return or exchange.
In cases where the original order qualified for free shipping and the
refund of returned, non-defective items would have disqualified the
original order for free shipping, shipping will be charged on the
original order. This includes returning complete orders.
In cases where the original order qualified for a dollar value or
quantity discount and the refund of returned, non-defective items now
disqualifies the original order for the discount, the discount will be
removed from the entire order and charged accordingly.
Any items brought back without a receipt will be exchanged only for the
amount of the lowest sale price
A restocking fee of 15% of your order will be charged on all returned
merchandise that is returned for reasons other than our shipping error
or damaged items.
All returns must have authorization from the store.
Refused orders will be considered as orders returned without
authorization, and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Any items purchased at a sale price are considered a final sale. There
are no exceptions.
Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns &
exchanges, unless the item(s) was damaged during shipping.
What do I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
DO NOT accept or open your shipment if the package shows signs of
external damage. In the event that you receive an item damaged in
shipment, please follow the following procedures:
Notify us on the day you received the shipment at 262-446-2883
Make sure you have the Shipping Tracking Number.
Retain all shipping materials (carton, packing materials, etc.)
The delivery service will then pick up the shipping materials and the
damaged product from your address and return to Outlet4toys.
