Q: Help, I cannot access your shopping cart pages
and I am using FireFox 1 or an earlier version.
A: Please update FireFox to Version 1.5 or higher.
Or, use Internet Explorer.
Q: Help! There is nothing in my cart when I go to
checkout!
A #1: In order to place
your item in the shopping cart to be purchased you must 1st. Click add
to cart.
After you click on this button you will be
directed to another page that gives the title of the product you have
selected to purchase.
Underneath this title there are more buttons
that give you the option to keep shopping, empty the cart, or check-out.
If you are still
having problems please see below:
A # 2. To order from our website you must have
your cookies enabled. Please check to make sure your cookies are
enabled. Here are the steps to do this:
1. Go to your start menu on the bottom of your
screen.
2. Go to your control panel- double click on
internet options
3. Go to tab that says Security
4. Click the button that says custom level.
5. Scroll down until you see the section on
"cookies"
6. Make sure that each circle or box, has a
check or circle, were it says that they are "ENABLED"
7. Click OK
8. Click on Apply (this is the next screen)
9. Then Click OK again.
Your cookies should then be enabled.
Due to recent updates with Netscape, some web
page functions may be disabled temporarily. Please try using Internet
Explorer.
